To all users with existing application installations

From release date 22-09-2012 and onwards: Please use the execute Sql option in the application to execute the following commands in order to add the comment functionality in the application database:

  1. alter table bills add column comment varchar(100) default null
  2. alter table income add column comment varchar(100) default null

From release date 11-05-2011 and onwards:

  1. if you hit the enter key when you are in the first date field, the second date field will be filled automatically
  2. you do not have to hit the go button when you try to insert an invoice or a company, just hit the enter key at the last field and you are fine
  3. you can use whichever comma character you like, the application will recognize it and convert it internally to the one it needs

As of 07-09-2010 please use the execute Sql option in the application to execute the following commands in the order mentioned here:

  1. create cached table categories (catid integer generated by default as identity primary key , categoryName varchar(100), unique (categoryName))
  2. alter table companies add column catid integer
  3. alter table companies add foreign key (catid) references categories(catid) on delete set null

The above commands will change the database schema in order to allow us to group companies to various categories and in the end implement more features and reports based on them. If you have just downloaded the distribution zip file, you do not need to do anything. The database has already been updated.
